Before we can take control of your computer to help you, we need you to "electronically sign" this document. After you click the "SUBMIT" button you will be able to download a small program that we can use to take control of your computer remotely.

All communications between your computer and our technician are encrypted and completely safe. All data transfers are encrypted and safe. At the end of the Remote Help session software will be automatically uninstalled from your computer. Typing your email in the box below is the same as actually signing your name.

***Permission to Access Network,Hardware, and Stored Data***

This document specifically grants our Technicians permission and passage to access client’s computer and data networks, hardware and stored data files. This access is granted to facilitate the evaluation of the state of the data stored, currently and/or previously, on computing equipment on said network, and to troubleshoot, evaluate, install software on, and/or otherwise service or work on said network or equipment.
This permission is granted fully and willfully by undersigned client, and said evaluation takes place at client’s request. In no event shall our Company be liable for any data loss, either currently or previously stored on any computing equipment on client’s network, further clarifying and affirming the separation of liability as stated in the Software License and Agreement previously authorized and executed by client.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall our Company or its employees be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruptions, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of our Company access to Client's computer(s) or network(s), the use of or inability to use any Company's product or service, even if our Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case our Company entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the SOFTWARE and/or our Company hardware and/or services.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VMC AND/OR ITS EMPLOYEES OR OFFICERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTUOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTS, PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM ANY OF VMC' WEB SITES OR INFORMATION SERVICES.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina and shall inure to the benefit of our Company and any successors, administrators, heirs, and assigns. Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Beaufort County, South Carolina. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
